 Welcome  to G.E.N.E.S.I.S. Foundation Fitness!  Counseling, changing your body, and the state of your health is a journey and not a means to an end.  It's a process that must be committed to every single day.   It's all about choices, decisions and  changing mind sets.  It's going to be about moving more, eating less junk, resetting the way you think about food,  and enjoying watching your own transformation. 

 

Health, body stewardship, nutrition and wellness are truly my passion.  I find so much reward and joy from helping others seeing the results.

 

What does G.E.N.E.S.I.S Foundation Fitness stand for?  God first, Exercise, Nutrition, Essential (if you put these things in order, then the rest falls into place naturally) in Seeing Instant Success.  I can say "instant success" because right away you begin to feel better.  Day one - you feel great because you put the first foot foward to change, keep  going and in a few days, you are more centered because you are putting THE ONE who made YOU back in charge of YOU!  GOD formed you and don't think for a minute that HE's not interested in what you put into yourself or don't.  This same GOD lovingly watches you sleep and can't wait for you to wake up and have the day with HIM! 

When you take the first three elements and do them daily, the rest comes....more energy, better stress management, more focus, increased well-being and self esteem, and finally weight lost!  The desired results come, and best of all it comes naturally because you are returning to what is natural.

I think the most important thing that makes a nutritionist/trainer successful is when they have stood in the shoes of an overweight person...or one who is out of shape and faces that seemingly uphill challenge of getting back into shape again....I fully understand as I have been as much as 50lb over weight (I began my first pregnancy at 98lbs and weighed in at 190)...I know  it's like to need to make lifestyle changes..I get it!  I've been there  and I know I can help you!  Let's talk if you HATE exercise, but your doctor told you that you must start.... I can teach you how to dislike it less....

 

Not to make this a blog, but I've literally been on every end of the spectrum.  I used to smoke, eat unhealthfully, I was overweight, eating disordered after being overweight, I've done a body building show, ran two marathons,....I get it...BOY do I GET IT!
