Tips on Working Out in the Outdoors

I am being challenged with not having my garage gym available to me. This is horrendous for me as unlike many women whose kitchen, garden or bedroom is thier "gal cave", mine is my garage because it is sanity reset go to. So needless to say for the next month or so, I'm going to need to be flexible as my garage has four rather large French doors in it taking up most of my gal cave space. I don't want to join a gym until the doors are in either so I'm going to need to be patient, flexible and imaginative. I designed a real quick short workout that can be done with resistabands.

I like to alternate using my back muscles with my chest, and my biceps with my triceps. I then take a small break and work my legs and glutes quickly and return back to upper body working the smaller muscle groups such as shoulders and upper arms. I also include some abdominals which I'll add a few days.
